Then providing advice and design guidance on options of how best to address those business needs, suggesting either process or technology based alterations as appropriate. From there a migration plan can be developed seeking to minimise business impact during transition whilst staying focused on achieving the project’s goal within the agreed budget. This leads to a smooth and controlled risk environment for the implementation delivery phase of the project.
Comfortable and conversant working in close alignment with project managers during the delivery phase or the management of others for the installation of solutions using the principles and practices of the PRINCE2 methodology.
